eMi EA offers a Spring (6 mo), Summer (1 ½ mo) and Fall (4 mo) Construction Management Internship Program to those Christians having a degree or 3 or more years of university experience in construction management or related field. This program allows interns to gain practical experience while utilizing their God-given talents and abilities while, at the same time, directly serving some of the world’s neediest people.

Depending on any given project or semester an internship with eMi EA allows participants to gain experience in nearly all facets of the construction industry. Whether laying block, managing construction teams or participating in key meetings with relevant building authorities, God's kingdom here on earth is, in part, being built right here in Sub-Saharan East Africa.
